The Sports Pharmacy Summit 2026 App (“App”) is provided by Sports Pharmacy Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency regarding how this App functions.

The App is designed to collect minimal information necessary to support conference engagement features.

The App does not require account creation and does not collect personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, or account credentials.

However, the App may collect user-submitted content, including:

• Questions submitted for conference sessions
• Optional contact information such as an email address if voluntarily provided
• Session titles associated with submitted questions

This information is used solely for facilitating audience Q&A during conference sessions.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.

2. How Submitted Questions Are Used

Questions submitted through the Questions feature are transmitted to a secure spreadsheet used by the Sports Pharmacy Summit organizing team to review audience questions for speakers.

Submitted questions may be:

• reviewed by conference moderators
• shared with speakers during sessions
• displayed or referenced during live Q&A

Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information through this feature.

3. Local Device Storage

The App may store limited information locally on your device for functionality purposes only. This may include:

• Saved session preferences
• Notification scheduling preferences

This information:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers
• Is not shared with any third party

You may remove this information at any time by:

• Clearing the app data
• Deleting the app from your device

Submitted questions are stored using Google Workspace services (Google Sheets) to facilitate conference session management.

These services are used solely for internal conference operations.

We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or behavioral tracking services.

The App may contain links to third-party websites (for example: hotel booking pages, speaker social media profiles, or podcast platforms).

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external websites. We encourage users to review their privacy policies.

Because the App does not require account creation and collects minimal information, the amount of stored data is limited.
