Membership Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your membership with the Sports Pharmacy Network (“SPN”). By becoming a member of SPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms carefully before joining our network.

Membership Plans and Subscription Fees:

SPN offers three paid membership plans for allied healthcare professionals and students:

– The **Allied Health Care Professionals Monthly Plan** includes a monthly subscription fee, which is billed on a monthly basis.

– The **Allied Health Care Professionals Annual Plan** includes a yearly subscription fee, which is billed on an annual basis. You will be charged the full annual fee at the time of enrollment.

– The **Student Annual Plan** includes a yearly subscription fee, which is billed on an annual basis. You will be charged the full annual fee at the time of enrollment.

• Students must use the email associated with their university/college to qualify for a student account
• Students will qualify for the discounted membership plan as long as they are actively enrolled in the program

By signing up for a membership plan, you authorize SPN to automatically charge your payment method each billing period, as applicable, until you cancel your membership.

Membership Benefits:

As an SPN member, you will have access to exclusive content and benefits, including but not limited to sports pharmacy education, resources, and discounts on products and services. You understand and agree that membership benefits are subject to change at SPN’s discretion.

**Usage Restrictions:**

By becoming an SPN member, you agree to the following usage restrictions:

1. **Non-Sharing and Non-Redistribution:** All content and resources provided to members are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or otherwise make SPN’s members-only content available to non-members, whether for free or for a fee. Violation of this restriction may result in the termination of your membership.
2. **Non-Commercial Use:** You may not use SPN’s content or resources for commercial purposes without the express written consent of SPN.

Events Disclaimer

1. Registration & Payment

• All registration fees for any events hosted or organized by the Sports Pharmacy Network are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts.

• Registrations are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Sports Pharmacy Network.

2. Event Modification or Cancellation

• The Sports Pharmacy Network reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speaker lineup, venue, or other elements due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the unlikely event an event cancellation, registrants will be notified, and refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of the organizers.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• By attending any events hosted by the Sports Pharmacy Network, Attendees assume all risks related to travel, participation, and any in-person interactions.

• The Sports Pharmacy Network, its partners, sponsors, affiliates, and any host venues shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, property loss, or damage incurred during the Events.

• Parking Disclaimer: At events where attendees are required to park their vehicles, attendees park at their own risk. The Event organizers and venue are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings in parking areas.

4. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the Event without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate.

5. Photography & Media Release

• By attending a Sports Pharmacy Network event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These materials may be used in promotional materials, publications, websites, or social media by the Sports Pharmacy Network and its partners.

• You waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such images or recordings.

6. Data Sharing & Sponsor Communications

• By registering for a Sports Pharmacy Network event, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information (including name, email address, mailing address, and professional affiliation) may be shared with official Event sponsors.

• Sponsors may use this information to contact you about their services or products by email, phone, or mail. You may unsubscribe or opt out of these communications at any time following the methods provided by the sponsor.

• The Sports Pharmacy Network will not sell your information to unaffiliated third parties.

7. Accessibility & Special Accommodations

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
