At the Sports Pharmacy Network, we believe in nurturing the next generation of sports pharmacists. That’s why we proudly support the formation of student chapters at colleges and schools of pharmacy. These chapters help students build community, develop leadership skills, and gain early exposure to the intersection of sports and pharmacy through events, journal clubs, networking, and more. We provide guidance on how to start and sustain a chapter, and we encourage student-led initiatives that align with our mission of advancing athlete care.
The Sports Pharmacy Network is honored to collaborate with pharmacy schools to support the development of sports pharmacy elective courses. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refreshing an existing offering, we provide assistance with syllabus creation and can connect you with expert guest lecturers from our network of experienced professionals. Our goal is to help institutions provide dynamic, relevant learning experiences that inspire students and elevate the profession.
The Sports Pharmacy Network (SPN) Student Chapters Operations Manual serves as a comprehensive guide for the efficient functioning and successful operation of SPN Student Chapters across various educational institutions. Whether you’re a student leader, faculty advisor, or member of an SPN Student Chapter, this manual will provide you with essential information, guidelines, and resources to effectively manage and enhance your chapter’s activities and initiatives.
